Tova has an engaging and open personality. She was very knowledgeable of the housing market and straightforward about the pros of our apartment. We found her enthusiastic and resourceful, always ready to do an extra thing to help us, which was very welcome since we were living far away at the time of the sale. All our questions were immediately answered and dealt with. She was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her.

Tova was incredibly attentive and helpful to us throughout the whole process from our initial search to negotiating the sale. Her knowledge of the area and the way co-ops work was invaluable to us as first time buyers in the NYC area. She coached us through the whole process for our co-op application and continued to be a resource to us as we embarked on a remodeling journey while out of state. Tova successfully managed the process of my "search-for" and "acquisition-of" a Pied-a-Terre in SoHo. From the start, Tova was the perfect combination of patience and determination. Tova showed us a wide variety of apts. Accessibility is her biggest asset. She made it possible for us to see every unit we wanted to see and she did not pressure us into buying anything. When our schedules didn't allow for us to see a unit in person she did the showing by live video and recordings. She also found a contractor and got us an estimate for one unit so we would know how much the necessary renovation would cost. We liked that she did not try to constrain us to looking into only one or two neighborhoods but instead just pointed out the pros and cons of each location. She was good at identifying potential repair problems. We also liked that she was neutral on our offer price. Agents can try to apply pressure to get you to up your price but she did not do that. Instead she heard what we were willing to spend and then tried to close the deal within our parameters. Our first deal fell through due to a dishonest/unethical selling agent (U. Dobxxx). In the next transaction Tova worked to ensure we didn't have another bad experience. In the end the apt we purchased has a much better view and is closer to the arts & theater areas we enjoy.

Tova was amazing! She knew the area so well, and was able to help us through our first time buying a house with ease. She was able to recommend a lawyer, a mortgage company, the inspector, and several contractors! She was very helpful, and extremely responsive whenever we needed help. Her advice through this process was so valuable.

I couldn't recommend Tova enough! She was responsive, flexible, reliable, knowledgable, and a joy to be around. We didn't know the area where we were moving very well and she gave us useful parameters and information to think through to make our final decision. We are extremely happy with where we landed and we give Tova a lot of credit for that. Since we lived far, she also met people on our behalf which saved us a ton of time going back and forth. Lastly, she was very effective in advocating on our behalf with the other broker and lawyer, which was valuable as first time home-buyers. 5/5.

Tova was so fantastic throughout the whole process of us buying a pied a terre studio apartment on the Upper East Side, right across the street from our kids' school. She was super patient and responsive and helped us navigate the buying process with ease. She has great contacts in the business, recommending us to a fantastic real estate lawyer and inspector. I sincerely appreciated when she was present for the inspection of the apartment when I wasn't able to attend. She was incredibly responsive from beginning to end and so lovely to work with.

Tova is a closer. Tova will not your waste time. Tova understands real estate in New York City. Tova negotiates with the best of them. We needed an agent to close quickly on a property with multiple offers, and Tova nailed it down. 

Tova was wonderful! She considered my purchase requirements and quickly found me several great options to view. She was upfront and clear about any downsides to potential apartments, so we didn't waste time.
