We have known Tracy for a few years now, we are developers and she was helping us scope out properties. She is very knowledgeable and highly intuitive about the area, she definitely has her finger on the pulse! What separates her from most other real estate agents is she is very honest and selfless and that is, unfortunately, a very rare quality in a realtor. she always gave us correct advise even if it meant no transaction for her. Recently we sold a house with her and she was a superstar, we are overseas on an assignment and she handled everything for us from dealing with our tenants with the move out process to coordinating different contractors to get the house ready for sale and all that in two weeks so we could hit the market early. Which was a perfect educated decision on her part because we had two offers in two days! she is able to do this because of her connections and constant feelers in the industry.
