Tyron goes above and beyond any agent I have ever dealt with in my 40 years in real estate. We handed him our keys and my Visa card and he remodeled our condo with little guidance. I would enthusiastically recommend Tyron as an agent for anyone looking to sell their home in SF. He has very deep knowledge of the area and understands how the SF real estate market is unique. He was great at explaining everything as it was our first time selling a home and we had a ton of questions. He was helpful in identifying some minor improvements to the house and working with the staging company. On top of that, he had his own group of various contractors that he had worked with before and all of their prices were very reasonable. He also did most of the quoting and managing of them to get the work done. This was especially helpful since we weren't living there any longer so stopping by to meet with them all, let them in etc would have been very inconvenient.

As a result, we relied heavily on him for information that was not available via online search/database.
