Their strong work ethic was demonstrated by expert market knowledge of the area, with an aggressive marketing strategy. This strategy included impressive glossy brochures of the villa and surrounding community with its amenities, as well as hosting Open Houses on a regular basis, along with frequent Broker Community Presentations. During a slow market, Victoria and Robert exemplified a positive attitude, allaying my concerns. We were in continuous communication with each other, discussing proficient pricing, and they negotiated the best price and terms for me.
