Zaghir was an excellent help in finding me the perfect apartment to call home! I was out of state during the process, and Zaghir still made it happen seamlessly. Was easy to communicate with, responding to my endless questions and requests quickly and thoroughly, and extremely transparent about everything so I felt very comfortable trusting him as my broker. Even after the signing, Zaghir continued to be a helpful resource assisting me with the transition into the new space and connecting me with building management. Working with Zaghir made a typically excruciating process very manageable and it felt very personal. I have recommended him to friends with the confidence that he is a genuine and supportive individual who cares about the work he does and helping people find the right home!

Zaghir had a friendly demeanor and was very open about discussing the pros and cons of the apartment we looked at together! I’m easily put off by rude brokers but Zaghir was very nice to work with.

Could not be happier with Zaghir! Of the five times Ive searched for apartments in NYC, working with Zaghir was by far the most relaxing experience. He was extremely available and flexible with looking at the apartment, expertly knowledgable about the area and discussing comparable units, and negotiated down the price as well! While previous apartment searches have turned into never ending nightmares, Zaghir made the entire process easy and stress free, and I would give 6 stars if possible.

In additional to being incredibly professional, informative, accommodating to our schedules, and a helpful guide through the application process, I really felt like he did even more to help us really bring it together, secure the apartment for us, and make our wishes a reality. Zaghir was awesome. He helped me and my fiancé pick out the perfect place. He was responsive, candid, and really helpful throughout the process. We trusted him to give it to us straight, and really appreciated his honest and pressure-free approach. He even helped us measure the apartment and negotiate with the landlord after we had closed. I have worked with a lot of Real Estate Agents over the years and none have come close the the level of professionalism and personal attention Zaghir provided my wife and I. We originally looked at a smaller Parlor level apartment in a brownstone in Bed-Stuy that he was showing and after spending a lot of time looking at the unit and trying to make it work for our lifestyle and needs we just weren't convinced it was the right fit for us. Zaghir asked a few questions about where the gaps were for us and later that afternoon showed us the brownstone apartment of our dreams. He made the application and lease process simple and took all our concerns and questions seriously. The whole business experience aside, he is just a lovely person who is a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend him more.

Zaghir showed us our first apartment on our search and was attentive and observant- he noticed the things that we were hesitant about in the apartment and offered to show us a similar, but better apartment the same day. Sure enough, the second apartment he showed us was the solution to the first apartment's issues and we put a deposit down that night. Zaghir is super friendly and not trying to sell you anything you don't want. In my experience with Zaghir, he was truly interested in helping me and my wife find a home that suited our needs and wants. Over the course of several years in New York and multiple apartment leases, I've never felt so comfortable with a real estate professional. You'd be hard pressed to find an agent that is willing to work with you in the same way that Zaghir is. We feel very fortunate.

Zaghir was wonderful to work with from the beginning and clearly has a really great relationship with the property owners. Everything felt transparent and honest and he was responsive at every step of the way.

For a man who has a lot of people and places on his plate, it is impressive the juggling he has to do. He is very hard to get ahold of, and requires loads of persistence. However, once he is on the phone with you or in person, his understanding of human desires and honesty of dealing with the situation is notable. With aggressive follow up I ended up renting the highly desired apartment I was aiming for and he, while informing me that he couldn't make any promises or make the choice for the owner/land lord, was as helpful as possible. He ended up doing an excellent job negotiating for me and I felt that his broker fee was well earned in that manner.

Zaghir has become a friend. I list All of my apartments with him. He goes above and beyond and is not just in it for the commission. He listens and gets you grade A tenants. He wants tenants that will stay a long time and be great for the landlord. But he also wants a good fit for the tenant. He knows the market and steers you expertly thru all the ins and outs. I am extremely happy and feel very lucky to have Zaghir in my corner.

Zaghir could not have been more responsive, forthcoming, pleasant and informed. What an unexpected treat to have been served by him. He was always on time, never rushed us, answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly, reached out to both the present tenants and landlord to accommodate our requests and answer our questions, and always was ready with good cheer and a great sense of humor. As a post-grad student who was looking to move back into NYC after college, I was so grateful to have found Zaghir. I came across one of his listings on Trulia, and after having lived through disastrous encounters with other agents who didn't get back to me, rushed me through apartment viewings, and were generally rude or under-informed, working with Zaghir was like a breath of fresh air.
