Lissette Penate was an absolute pleasure to work with- transparent, quick to communicate, and really friendly and helpful!  She was forthcoming about the positives and the negatives of the apartment we looked at and super approachable and understanding of our questions and reservations while we were making decisions.  I was living out of town while my roommates were looking at apartments and she made me feel included and like an active memeber of the process depsite this.  I would recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and genuine professional.

Lisette has been phenomenal. She is always quick to communicate, and is very patient with my indecisiveness. She showed me a number of places, and was efficient and extremely organized in isolating the best rentals for me. Definitely highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great broker!

Lisette was absolutely amazing! After having dealt with a few other brokers before her, Lisette was far and above the best. Lisette was absolutely wonderful! Trying to find and rent an apartment from 3,000 miles away is NOT an easy task. But Lisette took the challenge head on, and worked with me non-stop to make sure I was happy. She responded on nights and weekends to accommodate the time difference between us, and dealt with issues swiftly and successfully.
