Abigail was able to sell my one-bedroom apartment in a difficult market in a building where similar apartments were on the market at the same time. Mine sold; two others were delisted and remain unsold. She gave excellent advice re: pricing the unit, and implementing minor decorative fixes (painting, putting a bunch of stuff in storage) that made a real difference. She was always available to show the apartment, and she assisted the buyers’ broker in tweaking the Board package to ensure Board approval.

Abigail worked with us during a difficult time with the sale of an apartment for an estate. Not only did she make the whole selling process as smooth as possible, she worked hard to show the apartment in its best light with minimal cost and effort from us. Walking us through the whole process was quite easy thanks to her recommendations and hard work. I highly recommend working with her.
