Feeling blessed to have worked wih Adam! I wasn't at all interested in working with a broker initially but quickly learned that Adam was going to make my life so much easier in every respect. He succeeded in finding a tenant for my apartment for the first month the apartment was available so I had zero missing rental income. He facilitated the process from A to Z, making it a smooth and pleasant experience. I was so relieved not to have to take care of advertising the rental, showing the apartment, or dealing with any aspect of the board package. I am thrilled with the tenant he found. As an owner of a NYC 2 bedroom- I initially planned to handle it myself, but life and travel got in the way. When I first listed it on may own, many agents contacted me but Adam was the first. He seemed the most, on top of things so I contacted him and I’m happy I did. He managed everything—from photography and videos to multi-platform listings, showings, and, most importantly, professional vetting of our candidates. Adam is knowledgeable, creative, and a great negotiator. My mother flooded her apartment, requiring extensive mitigation which included taking up floors and removing bottom two feet of Sheetrock. Adam found a buyer (wonderful couple with vision) to purchase the apartment “as is” without listing the apartment, which I consider to be a miracle. As a result, my mom is provided for and has no worries. Cannot praise him highly enough, and call him my “steely eyed rocket man,” (see movie “Apollo 13).
