I needed to rent out my coop in Forest Hills. Many realtors tend to push selling over renting to make a quicker buck. He understood my needs and worked with me to find a good tenant. Unlike many realtors I dealt with he has good follow up skills and good knowledge of the areas he works with. Would highly recommend him as an agent.
