I can't recommend JC enough! He assisted me with a very stressful first-time home purchase when I had an aggressive timeline completely out of my control, and I couldn't be happier with the results. As a hands-on buyer with knowledge of contracts and finance (I am an attorney by background), but without any residential real estate experience, I very much appreciated how JC anticipated my needs and jumped in to make sure I was aware of every step of the process.
