Hello, I am an interior design student in NYC. Marvin and Kasia and his team were incredubly helpful, knowledgeable about the 34 South 1st Street listing, which I used as a site for my thesis project. They provided historical background, appropriate drawings, and were very helpful in answering all my questions. I was even able to visit the site which was crutial in understanding the space, neighboorhood. This site truly has a lot of of potential and the renderings and proposals for this site begin to show the posibilities of this space if it is aquired and redesigned by the right people! Marvin was exceptional in all aspects of our move and lease signing process. He was accommodating with our requests, streamlined communications with the landlord for speedy execution of the lease, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable in the new space, including helping arrange inspections and minor improvements. 10/10 experience and overall great guy who takes his job very seriously. He also did all of this (true white glove service) while recovering from a leg surgery. You are in good hands with Marvin.

I have been through the process of selling properties and purchasing properties with Marvin for my family. From start to finish all four transactions exceeded my expectations. Him and his team was worth every penny. Marvin did a great job letting us know how to prepare the home for sale. We interviewed three brokers, he showed the most potential. Marvin and his team were able to create renderings and market the property in a fashion that garnered strong interest. We obtained 5 offers, one of which was at ask. The first deal fell through, while some brokers may rush to lower the price due to a slowing economy, Marvin instead approached the second highest bidder and obtain a near ask offer.
